We’re hiring a motivated Real Estate Broker to drive sales and rentals, manage client relationships, and grow our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and qualify leads; manage client pipelines
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Prepare listings, CMAs, and marketing materials
Coordinate with landlords and developers
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

1+ year experience in real estate sales/rentals
Valid driving license
Negotiation skills
Excellent communication and CRM proficiency
