Suprema Marine is looking for a skilled Marine Outfitting Technician to join our boat and yacht production team.
The candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly, rigging, and finishing work on motor boats and yachts, ensuring high-quality workmanship and proper fit-out before delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Install marine hardware, fittings, accessories, and deck equipment.
- Assist with engine, steering, throttle, fuel, water, and electrical system rigging.
- Carry out final boat finishing, trimming, polishing, and detailing.
- Fit and align hatches, cleats, rails, seats, panels, consoles, and other components.
- Read and follow basic drawings, layouts, and production instructions.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Support factory production, testing, and final delivery preparation.
Requirements
- Experience in boat building, marine rigging, outfitting, or fiberglass boat finishing.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, drilling, fastening, sealing, and installation work.
- Basic understanding of marine systems is preferred.
- Ability to work neatly, accurately, and as part of a production team.
- Previous experience in boats, yachts, or marine workshops is an advantage.
