What is the expiry date of ads?
Your advertisement will remain active for a period of 30 days or until you choose to remove it. Therefore, if you have successfully sold the item, kindly remove the advertisement, or mark it as sold in your listing.
Expired advertisements can be viewed on your account page, however, it is only possible to delete them and not to edit them.
Can i post an ad for free ?
Yes you can. Please the following when making a post:
A maximum of 5 advertisements for 30 days each in all categories.
When can I re-post my ad?
After 30 days from the post, you will recieve an email from ClassiFind reminding to renew your post or ingore and it will be automatically deleted in 15 days.
How to verify my account ?
Prior to posting your initial advertisement, you will be prompted to register and complete the requisite process in order to gain the ability to manage your advertisements.
As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number, to which an OTP security code will be sent. This code must be entered on the registration page.
Subsequently, you will be prompted to re-enter your email address and select a password.
Upon completion of the registration process, a confirmation email will be dispatched to your inbox (please check your Junk/Spam folder if it is not visible) and you will be required to click on the "Activate an account" button.
All confirmation procedures are implemented to ensure the authenticity of both sellers and buyers.
How to be a Verified User ?
The verified badge has been utilized to signify authenticity. A ClassiFind account that displays a verified badge adjacent to its name indicates that ClassiFind has duly ascertained its legitimacy as the official representation of the individual or brand in question.
Does ClassiFind takes commission on sales ?
Absolutely not, ClassiFind does not take any commissions of sale made on the platform.
We do not get involed between dealings.
Ads rejected or Still Pending ?
All of the ads are manually reviewed - if your ad violates our posting rules it will be rejected or need to be edit your Ad. Also, you will get an email notification after the Ad gets published or if need to be adit. We do call support for Paid Ads only.

I posted an ad but can't find it. What's wrong ?
Your ad may not be live due to one of the following reasons:
• It is still under review - this will show on your My Ads page, under “Ads under review”
• It may have violated our posting rules - if your ad needs to be edited before it can be published, this will show on your My Ads page, under “Ads that need editing”
• in case you already use your monthly free ad allowance
If you have been waiting longer than 24 hours for a response from us, you may have given us the wrong contact details when you posted the ad. Try posting again or contact us.

Why is my ad not showing as a Top Ad?
If you don't see your Top Ad , it might have more Top Ads available for that category also there are number of Top Ad spots per page. In this case, each Top Ad is given an equal chance of being displayed.
To see your Top Ad in action, you can try the following:
Go to the category location that your Ad posted and search any relevant filters or click through to the next few pages.

Why aren't my changes showing up on ClassiFind ?
If your changes are posts are not showing, maybe due to browser cache, clear the cache on your browser.
Fix the Browser Cache
You can easily fix cache issues by clearing the cache. Here are some easy ways to ensure a clear cache that work on all browsers
- Hold down the SHIFT key while refreshing the page. This forces a refresh with an empty cache on all browsers.
- Press the CTRL + SHIFT + R key combination to force an empty cache refresh. On Safari, it’s CMD + R.
- Hold the CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE key combination to open the clear browser history menu. On Safari, it’s CMD + SHIFT + DELETE. Make sure to choose the cache option and the largest time range possible to clear the entire cache.
