- Position: Workshop Controller & Chief Diagnostic Technician – Salmabad Location: Salmabad, Bahrain Responsibilities: – The employer requires a technical powerhouse who can manage everything from luxury SUVs to 10-ton trucks with absolute precision. – The Role: You will be the "Technical Brain" of our facility, overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Bodywork (Accident Repair/Painting), and Detailing. – You will diagnose complex faults and manage the workflow for a diverse fleet, including Asian, European, and American brands, as well as 3 to 10-ton trucks and buses. – Leadership: A strong personality to manage multicultural teams, optimize job distribution, and ensure zero "return-to-shop" through strict Quality Control
